With three decades of experience managing a large portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties, Robert provides strategic direction and management oversight for IFS. He strives to build strong relationships with clients and associates. He is an active member of IFMA.

Brady is responsible for identifying new business opportunities on behalf of IFS. With an extensive background in business development and strategic account management, Brady works to develop strong relationships with both property managers and property owners in the office, industrial, retail and restaurant business segments.

Rex Walker

IT Manager | Controls Technician

Rex is responsible for overall management of the corporate IT infrastructure. Since joining our team, Rex has integrated his IT knowledge and experience with building automation controls programming to provide our customers with programming and management services for their building automation systems.

Rex brings to our team over 25 years of expertise in the IT field with proficiency in enterprise software development, project life cycle management, network and infrastructure administration, and overall systems analysis.

Prior to joining our team, Rex was the developer, founder, and CEO of an Indiana-based software company providing network monitoring and alerting software and support services to a global customer base reaching over 80 countries worldwide.
