Service Request Programs

Great service doesn’t exist without great follow through. Our service request program ensures ease of operation for the users with the assurance that requests are completed in a timely manner.

The program involves:

• Web-based work order reporting
• Review and analysis of program on a monthly basis
• Operational priorities – the program is used to benchmark and measure progress
• Utilization of the “We were here” cards when customers who have placed a service request are not at their desk
• Bill-backs – the program reporting system identifies tenant responsible charges
