HVAC Refrigeration Tech - Mobile
Five-year’s experience required. Refrigeration skills preferred. Valid driver’s license. 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. M-F schedule, with possible on-call rotation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform basic preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and HVAC package units. Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems required. Ability to diagnose malfunctions and defects in equipment. Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years commercial refrigeration experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Trade school or related training is desirable.
• HVAC refrigeration certification required.
• Professional appearance. UNIFORMS PROVIDED!
• Valid drivers license, acceptable driving record, VEHICLE PROVIDED!

Commercial Facilities Maintenance Engineer
Three to five year’s experience required. HVAC troubleshooting experience in a commercial facility. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Mobile and fixed location positions available. Valid driver’s license. 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. M-F schedule, with possible overtime.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all building systems and related equipment. Repairing basic plumbing, electrical, fire protection and mechanical equipment. Maintaining maintenance logs and work orders. Basic troubleshooting on building automated equipment and control systems.
Qualifications:
• 3- 5 year’s experience in a similar role required.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience in a commercial facility. Certifications required.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.

Part-Time Facilities and Maintenance Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team and help streamline our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our office at 525 Industrial Drive in Carmel, Indiana. You will work closely with our Project Manager and Operations Manager. You are perfect for the job if you are self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, have great communication skills and excel at relationship and team building.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies
- Online parts ordering
- Issue works orders as they are called in
- Complete work orders for invoicing
- Compile and maintain packing slips and purchase receipts
- Maintain Angus program
- Change equipment as replaced
- Create schedules for new equipment PMs
- Update site contact information
- Write contract proposals estimated by service manager
- Maintain company vehicle records
- Blueprint storage and maintenance
- Organize and maintain customer files
- Customer follow-up and surveys
- Additional assistance as need for mechanics
Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
