Commercial Facilities Mobile Maintenance Technician

Join a dynamic and expanding team dedicated to providing exceptional facilities services. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties across multiple commercial properties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
  • Manage and complete maintenance work orders accurately and on time.
  • Execute minor carpentry, painting, and door repairs.
  • Conduct basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Inspect and maintain roofs; perform minor roof repairs.
  • Oversee exterior maintenance: trash removal, sweeping, weed control, and upkeep of mulch beds.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site vendors and contractors (landscaping, asphalt, sweeping).
  • Ensure proper irrigation and upkeep of turf and plant areas.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in light electrical, plumbing, and general construction, including carpentry.
  • Proficiency in commercial door installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work on rooftops over two stories
  • Proficient in using hand tools and minor diagnostic and test equipment.
  • Technical trade school or relevant vocational training preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour Benefits:

Commercial Building Facilities Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Facilities Engineer to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you wll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations at a commercial property, including direct supervision of on-site maintenance staff and coordination of vendor services. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned technician or engineer to step into a leadership role within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Typcial work day schedule: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. M-F.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance and operations for building systems and infrastructure.
  • Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
  • Manage and complete maintenance work orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct and delegate minor carpentry, painting, door repairs, and general facility upkeep.
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Inspect and maintain roofs; coordinate minor repair projects as needed.
  • Supervise all exterior maintenance, including trash removal, sweeping and landscaping.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site contractors for services such as landscaping, sweeping, and asphalt repair.
  • Ensure landscape and turf areas are properly irrigated and maintained.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to maintenance staff and external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years’ of hands on experience in commercial facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and supervisory responsbilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial doors and hardware.
  • Professional appearance – UNIFORMS PROVIDED
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work on rooftops exceeding two stories.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and basic testing equpiment.

Job Type: Full-time, M-F, 40-hour work week, 7 am – 4 pm

Pay: $25-$30.00 per hour

  • Provide guidance and supervision to maintenance staff and external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial facilities, including HVAC maintenance services, electricial, plumbing, carpentry and supervisory experience.
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license – VEHICLE PROVIDED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work on rooftops exceeding two stories.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and basic testing equipment.

Job Type: Full-time, 40-hours per week: Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm

Pay: $35-$45 per hour
