The IFS facilities maintenance team recently added a new client, The Indiana Department of Transportation. IFS will provide preventive repair and facilities maintenance services for three of INDOT’s welcome centers and rest stop areas. The multi-year contract was awarded to IFS in partnership with their long-time cleaning services provider, Nishida Services. The new locations include two in the Lafayette, Indiana area along Interstate 65 and one along Interstate 69 close to Ft. Wayne.
This is a great fit for type of work IFS performs on behalf of its clients. The scope of work includes maintenance and repair of the facilities mechanical systems, including HVAC equipment.
