The site contains a list of links specific to commercial properties.

For example, AES Indiana, an electric service provider in central Indiana, has 2022 programs in place for replacing inefficient equipment in the commercial lighting and HVAC categories.  Within the HVAC category, incentives are in place for new construction and replacement equipment in the following categories:

  • Central Air – rooftop and unitary AC and heat pumps
  • High Efficiency Water Cooled and Air-Cooled Chillers
  • Variable Frequency Drives
  • Programmable Thermostats
  • RTU Controls with DCV
  • Electric Water Heaters
  • Variable Frequency Drives
  • Compressed Air Engineered Nozzles

The application process includes understanding the technical components of what is installed and documenting the make/models of the components. IFS, through its facilities maintenance services, can assist with the application process helping to ensure your investment in new equipment receives the proper incentive payout.
