Bob Lauth

Founder

Bob has been in real estate his entire 42 year career, after earning a degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University. He has been an executive at commercial real estate firms for nearly 40 years. Bob is also a co-founder of Metrobank, now BMO Bank.

Outside of the office, Bob devotes his time to several organizations. He currently serves on the board of St. Vincent Health and the Board of Visitors of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and founded the Lauth Foundation to give back to the community through charitable donations to worthy causes. Bob was honored by the March of Dimes for his commercial real estate industry achievements and service to the Indianapolis community.

John Knox

Vice President of Facilities Management/Controls

John has 32 years of experience providing Facility Management and Technical Services to multiple types of Real Estate Assets including Medical, Industrial, and Office, Retail, and Multi-family facilities. John has worked on national accounts and oversees all engineering services provided to our customers with both stationary and mobile technicians. John’s work history includes serving as regional and divisional Facilities Manager for Nordstrom, and Director of Operations for Technical Services at CB Richard Ellis where he worked on a national stratregic account of over 20 million square feet.

John acts as an information source at Lauth for management for building owners, asset managers, and property managers, as well as budget and project planning. John has experience working with Project Managers on new construction, as well as tenant finishes heavily involved on the MEP side of the business.

Rex Walker

IT Manager | Controls Technician

Rex is responsible for overall management of the corporate IT infrastructure. Since joining our team, Rex has integrated his IT knowledge and experience with building automation controls programming to provide our customers with programming and management services for their building automation systems.

Rex brings to our team over 25 years of expertise in the IT field with proficiency in enterprise software development, project life cycle management, network and infrastructure administration, and overall systems analysis.

Prior to joining our team, Rex was the developer, founder, and CEO of an Indiana-based software company providing network monitoring and alerting software and support services to a global customer base reaching over 80 countries worldwide.
